A 23-question anonymous instrument measuring the human side of AI adoption
Jessica Reyes | I/O Psychology Practitioner, PMP
ABOUT THIS TOOL
This is the actual instrument I designed: a 23-question anonymous diagnostic, given directly to employees at an organization rolling out AI. It measures six things that predict whether an adoption effort actually works: psychological safety, role threat, change process quality, training adequacy, the gap between surface compliance and real use, and hidden informal influencers on a team. The full breakdown of what each question measures is at the bottom.
WELCOME MESSAGE
First, a few things to put you at ease.
This is completely anonymous. No names, nothing traced back to you, ever. There are no right or wrong answers, and this is not a test of you or your team.
Here's the honest truth: when a new tool shows up, people land in really different places. Maybe it clicked for you right away and you're already flying. Maybe it feels like one more thing piled on a full plate, and you've been quietly figuring it out on your own. Both are completely okay. Both are worth knowing.
Because the truth most companies miss is that AI rarely succeeds or fails on the technology. It comes down to people, and whether the people living it every day feel supported. That's the whole reason this exists. Not to check a box. To find out where things actually stand, so the ones who are thriving can keep going, and the ones who are struggling don't have to do it alone anymore.
So answer honestly, the way you'd talk to someone who's genuinely on your side. That's what this is. It takes about five minutes, and every answer helps make this better for everyone.
Thank you for your honesty, and for your time.
